Juan Carlos Carcamo is joining LAM as a volunteer missionary. He will be working in the area of fundraising and project development.

Juan Carlos currently lives in Brampton with his wife Eloisa and his two adult children Jeniffer and Carlos Manuel. Since early 2022 they have attended Mississauga City Baptists Church where Juan Carlos currently serves as the facilitator for the 'Budford Project' which supports migrant workers coming to Canada. Juan Carlos also works for Tyndale University in project development.

Juan Carlos is originally from El Salvador, which is where he came to know the Lord and began his ministry. For many years, he has worked bi-vocationally as a pastor and in integral mission projects in El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua. This work has included the administration and coordination of large projects for World Vision, Living Water International, World Renew and involvement with the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec's church planting team.
